Warranty Policy

All Cozyco furniture is covered by a limited 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, applicable only to manufacturing defects under normal household use.

1. Coverage

This warranty covers:

  • Structural defects in wooden frames or joints.
  • Hardware or fittings that fail under normal use.
  • Manufacturing or workmanship errors that affect function.

2. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence.
  • Wear and tear, stains, scratches, or discoloration from sunlight or humidity.
  • Damage caused during self-assembly or relocation.
  • Natural variations in wood, leather, or fabric (see Section 8).
  • Commercial, rental, or outdoor use unless specifically stated.

3. Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service at cozyco268@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number and purchase date
  • Clear photos of the defect
  • A brief description of the issue

If the claim is approved, Cozyco will provide repair or replacement service for the defective part or product. Replacement parts may differ slightly in color or texture due to natural variations or updated production.

4. Warranty Limitations

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Cozyco reserves the right to determine whether a defect qualifies under warranty and whether replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate. No compensation will be provided for incidental costs such as assembly, transportation, or disposal.
