Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cozyco. We are committed to delivering high-quality furniture that enhances your living space. This policy outlines our terms for returns, refunds, and warranty coverage. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.
1. General Policy
All Cozyco products are carefully inspected and packed before delivery. We take responsibility only for manufacturing defects and do not accept returns or refunds for issues related to handling, self-assembly, or natural variations in material texture or color.
2. Reporting Defects
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at cozyco268@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To facilitate your claim, please include six (6) clear photos as supporting evidence:
- Carton or packaging photos
- Carton marking showing product code and batch number
- Overall product image
- General damaged area
- Close-up of the defective part
- Additional angle showing the extent of the defect
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange delivery of replacement parts at no additional cost. Our customer service team will coordinate the replacement process.
3. Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns or refunds under the following circumstances:
- Furniture that has been assembled, installed, or altered by the customer.
- Damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or incorrect assembly.
- Items returned without original packaging or with visibly damaged packaging upon inspection.
- Any product returned without prior authorization from our customer service team.
4. Fragile and Glass Items
For fragile items (e.g., mirrors or glass furniture), please inspect the product immediately upon delivery. If damage is found, notify our customer service within 24 hours. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.
Please note that delivery personnel are not authorized to collect returns without an official “Goods Collection Note” issued by Cozyco.
5. Quantity Discrepancies
If the quantity of goods received does not match the delivery order or invoice, please indicate the discrepancy on the delivery note and contact us within 24 hours. Claims beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
6. Unauthorized Returns and Deductions
No merchandise may be returned to Cozyco without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns, deductions, or claims will not be recognized or credited.
7. Spare Parts and Replacement Hardware
Cozyco does not sell additional spare parts or hardware separately. Only verified manufacturing defects reported within the claim period are eligible for free replacement parts, at Cozyco’s discretion.
8. Product Variations
Our furniture is crafted using natural materials. Slight differences between products are normal and reflect the unique character of each item. The following are not considered defects:
- Variations in wood grain, tone, or texture.
- Minor knots, markings, or uneven wood patterns.
- Fabric differences in color shade, weave, or pattern alignment.
While we maintain consistency across our collections, exact matches between online images, samples, and final products cannot be guaranteed.
9. Refunds
Refunds are not provided for change of mind or reasons listed under “Non-Returnable Conditions.” Refunds are only issued if a verified manufacturing defect cannot be resolved through replacement or repair. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
